The Komondor is a large, muscular breed, bred to perfection centuries ago in Hungary as a working dog. Its dense, protective coat of white cords protects him from predators and the elements. The Komondor is reserved with strangers, affectionate with family, and is highly effective as a livestock guard dog, or at home with family protecting his charges.
